Job Description
We are seeking passionate Spoken English Teachers to join our online education platform. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who enjoy helping students build practical communication skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online Spoken English classes (1 hour sessions)
- Teach through real-life conversations and practical examples
- Provide Hindi/Bengali explanations when needed for clarity
- Handle multiple batches daily (flexible scheduling available)
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
Ideal candidates will have a friendly teaching approach and the ability to simplify English concepts for beginners. We provide all teaching materials and lesson plans.
Requirements
Language Proficiency
Good command of English with ability to support explanations in Hindi/Bengali when needed
Communication Skills
Clear pronunciation and ability to explain concepts simply
Teaching Ability
Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
Technical Setup
Stable internet connection and computer/mobile device
Student Focus
Patience and enthusiasm for teaching adult learners
Location
Candidates from Paschim/Purba Medinipur given preference
