  2. Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of payment.
  3. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
    • The course has not yet commenced, or
    • You are unable to access the course due to technical issues that are unresolved.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Monthly subscription fees for add-on services (e.g., recorded videos).
  2. Admission fees, where applicable.
  3. Completed or ongoing classes.

Refund Process

    • Full name
    • Payment receipt or transaction ID
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
